I highly doubt the game is running at 30FPS. You can't create a racing game and make a key point the sense of speed and do so at 30FPS.

Well as someone already mentioned they released a patch for ProStreet that locked FPS to 30, so 30fps lock on Shift could be a very sad reality as well.

Wonder if it has the same limitation of running twice as fast if the limit was to be unlocked somehow and the player were to reach 60 FPS, seems to have been a issue in some other titles, most notably the Command and Conquer or "Generals" engine from what I've read.

Yes in SAGE engine all the actions and movements are locked to 30fps, but with ProStreet there were no issues running it at unlimited fps, they simply released a patch with 30fps limit for shits and giggles.

They said it was useful to remove framedrops and slight stuttering. So why didn't they lock the framerate to 10fps? It would finally have removed all the annoying framedrops on every machine, even on the most obsolete ones Laughing

or they could have released it old-gen, since only 10% of users have good pcs to fully enjoy the game Laughing

Easily hardest game I've ever played. GP Legends without helps on keyboard was a breeze compared to this Sad Couldn't even finish a lap (though it doesn't take input sometimes).

Relax, it's just another NFS.

Not really. It's quite different from the other nfs titles and also from another developer.

This has little to do with the NFS franchise, they just put NFS on it though.
You can race in SPA for example Smile
It looks way better then the last 3 of the series.

You can only race on real life circuits, this time no city which is good.

They say it's a Sim racing game but I think it's fifty fifty , like 50 % Sim & 50 % Arcade.

We can only knowing that if we can test it by our selfs.

Also true dynamic cockpit & driving aids like TC, ABS, Stability Control,.....
