But a game with a fixed rate will cause stuttering problems on certain monitors . 36fps lock? so people with a monitor locked to 60Hz will get a stuttering image, just like that?
30fps lock would mean that the game only looks flawless at e.g. 60Hz or 90Hz, but both probably arent good choices for many CRTs owners with 90Hz not being available and 60Hz flickers pretty much for many.
