What a b*tch install. Thee latest CCC and its driver would not install,well atleast CCC wouldn't and it was causing major display problems. Tried installing like 5 times,was at it for 90 minutes when I decided to uninstall the Nvidia Physx patch for BatMan and guess what... CCC installed and now I'm good to go.
Wonder if Nvidia do this crap just to piss me off towards ATI,making me think it was their screwup?
lol.
Went back and then installed Physx and the ATI is also working now. Its just trying to install new drivers and CCC *after* installing physx is the problem.
Anyone have these issues,damn.

OK, this game is awesome, playing it on max even with PhysX on high and have constant 40-60 fps with my 9800GTX+.
I have found the entry "AllowD3D10" in the UserEngine.ini, does this game support DX10?
[Edit] After setting AllowD3D10 to true it seems to run much smoother, it mostly maxes out at 60 fps now.

The new Nvidia beta driver gives me a descent fps boost. But there's something fishy with. If I try to access the Nvidia control panel (right click on desktop) it crashes every time. So I can't change any settings. Any1 with the same problem? I never had this before. Deinstall was no solution.
Any help?
/EDiT: I waited a bit longer and now it works, but the next time opened it need a long time again. It take about to minutes to get to the control panel. WTF?

I have a 8800gts, but if I try to enable PhisX the game says I "do not have appropriate hardware" hardware accelerated phisx... is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I installed the 1.1 patch as well as the phisx drivers....

Reinstall latest Nvidia drivers. Also, make sure PhysX isnn't disabled in the Nvidia control panel.
