Ok, so I put the cab there, then ran the GFWL application, signed in with my profile, pressed download on the pack and it started installing right away, after a few seconds it said "Installed" (not my Downloads folder is empty, that's good, huh?)
Now I run Batman (autosigning offline profile) and I see the same challenges, what the fuck should I be seeing to know if this worked ?

You go to Downloadable Content in the menus.

The dlc is 316 megs unpacked.
Only the dlctextures file is 191 meg.
No, we have no bears on the streets here in Russia.

Because I'm using real Live profile in offline mode, not that completely offline one where you just enter a nick and that's it (without achievements or anything).

Ah, shit, I can't login with my online profile, it absolutely wants me to activate the fucking game. (and I don't want to use a key)
@ Glottis : How do you login without it asking for activation ? I have a real Live profile.

You need at least 1 game with key entered, the rest will use that profile in offline mode and you'll get achievements. When you connect online from that 1 game all achievements will be uploaded from all the other games.

Like Inatan mentioned I can of coruse upload the DLC files (They're free so it should be fine.) but as I mentioned previously you need to but them in the proper folder for it to load (Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Xlive\DLC\SomeRandomNumbersRepresentingTheGame\) and it will need a valid LIVE account with associated key as well.
(Fallout 3 being the only exception just because the ESP files could be loaded individually via a launcher or mod utility.)

How do I use an online profile offline?? I can't access the downloadable content with my offline profile. When I try to login with my online profile it justs asks for a key, it does'nt matter if I leave it blank. How do I do??

without a legit games for windows key u cant.. simple as that. |

Ok here's to clear up some confusion on how to save your key from using up activations for games that don't have multiplayer and still get achievements and use DLCs for your account:
Let's say you did a format and reinstalled windows fresh.
1. Install any game with Live and preferably with multiplayer so you don't use up activation "for nothing"
2. Create or retrieve your old account, and this is important, CHECK ALL 3 CHECKBOXES, which are: "remember user name", "remember password" and "auto sign in".
3. Now it will ask for a cdkey and after that will download your account.
4. Install all the other games with Live and when you start them your online account will be used in offline mode. You will get achievements, no cdkey needed
5. Once you are done playing start the game where you entered a cdkey so it connects to Live and uploads your earned achievements.
6. Enjoy.
