Works fine (40-60fps) on Dolphin, in D3D mode, but you can't progress without a real Wiimote - as there are parts of the game that require you to TWIST the Wiimote to do things.

How do the graphics compare to other rail shooters on Wii like Resident Evil and HOTD.

8.3 @ IGN
About the graphics,
Quote: | On the visual side of things, Extraction is seriously pushing Wii's horsepower, and it's evident in the impressive character models, lighting, and strategic dismemberment. Even after the impressive TGS showing of Darkside Chronicles on Wii I'd put Dead Space far above Capcom's shooter in the audio/visual department, and the fact that the game can push engaging environments, smooth animations, and full dismemberment to boot is the true icing on the cake. |

I think as a story railshooter its great.... but then thats it :/ I played trough it and dont see why i should play it again.
Ghost Squad and Hotd had more replay value then Ds for me (gonna play it 1 more time with a buddy and i think thats it finally).
Or am i missing something cept those chalenges? Playing lvls again to get some more hp or 1/2 extra bullets for a gun isnt the greatest thing ^^
