Well, from what I've read, its very different from the original OF and AA/AA2. Not that it's a bad thing but I think they're making this more accessible to everyone rather than ultra realistic. So, I think this is more towards a shooter and less of a combat simulator... Which is great for me since I don't really like too realistic games, the fun tends to be spoiled for me.

Yeah its definitely not gonna be like the origina Operation Flashpoint that Bohemia developed..its being developed by an entire different team...i guarantee it wont be as simmy as the original was..considering its being made for more mass appeal *consoles*

I wonder if you can lay prone in this game. Or peek around the corner. I hate this shit like CoD or Battlefield where you have to totally expose yourself. I hope this will be more like Ghost Recon.

This, any game with strafing instead a proper cover system is archaic and obsolete.

Codemasters have said it'll be nothing like the current modern warfare games with regard to how its played. I can't find the quote but they said that if you're under fire the last thing you'd do it run out into the open or jump around a la halo style.
I'd 100% expect prone to be there as it'll be key to sniping.
