I know it's an "Old" game now but I've began playing again recently but I'm having an annoying bug.
When I turn HDR on, there just no water at all in the game. I see junk floating and suffer from radiation exposure if I tread in it but no actual water. As if the water was completely transparent.
I tried every combination in the water tab for graphical options but to no avail. I look everywhere on the net but the problem people seem to have with water is linked to water displacement but I'm not even there. I simply can't see water at all.
First I thought It might be my Ini, but I've reset it and no change, I tried deactivating all my mods but no changes with that either.
I can have water if I use Bloom but the game is rather ugly with only bloom and No HDR honest.
Everything else seem to be fine except for the horrible Tree poping and LOD in water but I can live with them but not without water.
Well, if it happens in HDR and not in Bloom, then it's clearly a rendering error. Update your drivers or make sure you haven't enabled any weird options in your gfx card's control panel.
