I'm playing the AVENGED release (mount, install, play - with latest DT Lite) and it works perfectly. No problems so far.

I had it with a Geforce 8800 gts and installing the 178.24 drivers fixed it.

Ugh, I dunno if I wanna install drivers THAT old for only one game though.. Every other game I have runs fine, except for the little stuttering problem on Risen.

Wth lol, I changed the reso down to 1280x800, didn't seem to stutter anymore. So I changed the reso back to 1440x900 and the stuttering seems to be gone for now? Weird.

Like Shevchenko says above. You can get good weapons and shields by doing that too.

Hmm, pickpocketing is worth points? OpenLocks is must-have, but pickpocketing? In most games I've played it wasn't too rewarding... how it is here?

Open locks is actually useless because you can get Open Locks scrolls or a rune and avoid the stupid minigame.

anyone knows where the hell is the key for the treausure chest burrieds in the graveyard?
i trained lockpick to lvl 3 , still cant open it whithout the key, only 1 piece of the sword missin , i think its in there.

When I play for a few minutes my screen turns black, sometimes my whole pc's hangs from it and sometimes the game.
How do I fix this?
I'm using Vista 32Bit, I have the Avenged release mounted in DT lite 4.3.

Some do, others don't.. However when you pickpocket you can only take 1 thing from them. (can't pickpocket the same person more than once either)
But basically you can just knock them out instead and take everything they are carrying, this of course alerts people around him so make sure you can take out any possible guards that will come your way before attempting that.
Knocking them out also gives you experience.

Any sign of a crack for this yet. I have this annoying habit of wanting to burn my games with the crack in a folder. My wife thinks I'm nuts as I have tons of bought games in a book case and an album of burned copies.....Shit after typing that out....I think she is right!!! LOL!
I would do it that way, but then I would have to activate Daemon and mount....lazy and annoying....

Hey JBeckman, Is there another way of doing the cheats without running that cool little prog. I have tried to change the .ini...but with no luck.

Yeah it was posted a short while ago, type the word "minsky" quickly and the text "test mode activated" should display briefly and the console will be enabled.
(Minsky is supposedly related to the word Marvin used previously.)
EDIT: Type it anywhere when in the game, I usually bring up the inventory, type it quickly and then close the inventroy.

Where can I learn smithing from?
The dude at the monastery wont teach me.
Neither the dude at the swamp cause I'm with the inquisition.
That leaves the dude at the town however I am unablle to complete his quest.
I can only find one worker for him. Cant find the other one.

That leader of the workers who sell you work clothes.
And one piece might have been given by the smith himself.
