Of course the ignorant console generation is going to give biased scores like that.Regardless the fact remains.

ARMA Series=Military contracts(VBS 1/2)

OFP2=notta

If you want a simulation you go with Arma,you want a simple mindless game,you go with crudmasters. :lol:The whole "full of bugs" argument is useless,if anyone cared to stick around you would see most of the play stopping bugs have been rectified.

Doesn't matter, very small amount of people are prepared to tolerate loads of bugs and crap, no matter how good the "simulation" is. This might not be as good, but production values and the overall package are much much better here than with Bugged Assault - BUGA. You can call it a "complex game" and find excuses as much as you want, not many care. You can see proof of this with the tiny sales ARMA2 has made.

Patience for what? For what? For bullshit developer who hurries to release a shit months and months before it should have been released? Common sense for what? Not liking bugs? Laughing Also not my loss, it's the developer's and publisher's loss. And when they go out of business, your loss as well. Laughing

Bugs can be found in all software.What planet did you come from?Bugs do not make or break software when its got full support and fixes are being released to eliminate those issues.I laugh at the fan boys who use this as an excuse to discredit a title.

OFP2 will have its share.One things for sure,its not running the kind of complexity that Arma does and you should understand that,you obviously have no idea what is involved in the business of computer programming.

Arma2 1.04 patch has come a long way and there are decent improvements along the board, if the game came out with 1.04 patch on release it may have scored some 9/10's, MIGHT HAVE..

The Multiplayer in ARMA2 is good but still requires a decent connection or characters etc jig jag around. The AI on average is still dumb as bricks unfortunately and is the one thing im waiting for BIS to fix. The AI coms and ability to drive and navigate leaves allot of room for improvement, so does the island drawing methods.

But overall less buggy. OFP:DR looks fun but I have a funny feeling it will lack DEPTH, ARMA2 has allot of depth in its coding and island detail which makes all places unique, so far I have not even seen civilians in OFP:DR so I dunno what to think.

LMAO. That was an awesome episode.

I'm hoping this wont take too long to crack. SecuROM 7.40 usually doesn't take that long.

cheers, was hoping for more tbh. But I guess you can get good mp action with that number of players too on a smaller area, if the game allows that.
Yea sniping is always fun but what I'm waiting for is some mp action with friends on voice chat/teamspeak, some tactics and few beers Smile
Another question for the lazy me..this game has voice chat built into the game or?
