Game doesn't look too good.. Apparently when you shoot down helicopters, they just fall and not blow up like in COD4.. Too bad..
ive not played this game yet (still downloading) so I dont know what they look like when you say they just fall,but if you shot down a helicopter in real lif ewouldn't it would lose function & drop to the floor in a uncontrolled manor,wouldnt have to blow up when it hit the floor or when you got hits with a gun,Ive seen plenty of them reality clips where you see helicopter crashes & none explode when they hit the floor
anyway, reviews say the game looks great, its just said it doesn't show that often due boring colors.
Well some tech video I watched showed the engine can do a full 24hr rotation, so many different "colors" should be seen lol.
indeed, but maybe its to dark in the daytime or something. Doesn't look as brown as certain other games at least, so crossing fingers^^ Personally think its a 8/10 game. Will know in about 3 hours
Nah, didn't look dark from videos I watched. It's also on several locations on an island, so I guess different lighting will be probably seen for different missions.
But I must rant a bit on how outright bad the Eurogamer review was. Not only did it not really review anything about the game, it felt more like a general overview of the state of FPS games for consoles. Nothing important was said on the game. The so called bug the reviewer mentioned (bullets hitting window frame) is probably due to his incompetence to realize that bullets don't come from the reflex sight.
bah, can't wait to form my own opinion about this game
btw, there is a Norwegian review out, it said it was to realistic... i mean, wtf. Maybe not as fun for everyone. But about time imo, fucking tired of COD.
