lol since when does havok have this error? I've seen it on just about every physx game...mainly medal of honor airbourne..

Well, I've never seen it on any PhysX game (I haven't played airborne though), but the list of titles using Havok and having these kind of bugs is really big, ie
Max Payne 2
Bioshock(not only the bodies fly, but their limbs wiggle around)
Fear 2
Timeshift
All hitman series (in h2 you can pin a guy to a ceiling using your hardballers....)
And the list goes on
