Personally I think sex and lust has a place in video games if it's done right. Usually it's done so poorly and makes no sense. I'm holding out hope they do well with this. It was close in ME, except for the fact you could do it without ever partying with your partner. I'd like to see your actions, choices and decisions have an effect on who will want you, if anyone at all.
NWN2 did it fairly well, you had to keep on the persons good side if you wanted them to like you, just the culmination left a lot to be desired.
I'd like to see options, maybe a really slutty person will want you from the beginning, and you can have her all the time.. as long as you keep up the badass renegade persona.. but the virtuous woman would take effort. You'd have to make righteous choices, save babies from bears etc for a long time before she opens up to you.
Then you could have benefits from each.. the one who takes a long time may give a better reward but takes a lot longer, while the slut gives you smaller boosts earlier on.
Make it yet another decision, or better yet not a decision.. just a side effect of what your normal decisions are.
And just make it overall less rushed and/or tacky. Something other than a 1 second kiss, fade to black then fast forward to the last boss fight in the game.
