Resident Evil 4 (Wii Edition) is now FULLY playable on PC. And because the mouse can emulate the Wiimote very well, the game can now be played with mouse support.

try Desmume for scribblenauts. Check their faq for a hint on how to get it to run with it =)

Good News about X-box emulation,
it seems the development of Cxbx is
Continued
and just in the last days
the " Compatability List" has been updated,
the emulator can "load" now more 3 games{16 in toal}
but they are still not playble.

I got a question about Chrono Cross, SNES version. I started a new game (never played it before) and I'm pretty sure I chose Wait, not Attack. But in the battles the fuckers keep attacking if I don't do anything, wtf ? Can I change it ? I wanna think about what I'm selecting.
I'm playing it on the psp on Snes9x Euphoria R1.
EDIT: Nevermind, the emulator screwed up and my psp froze, had to remove battery and now the save game is from 1 hour ago, ain't playing all that again, screw it.

So... are there any good PSP emulators? I'd like to play Splinter Cell: Essentials, but I'm not sure which emulator to choose.

"Good"? Not yet. JPCSP and PCSP are the only functional ones right now, neither playing many games at playable speeds (Prinny and Half Minute Hero are practically full speed, but that's about it - the rest are <5fps/s)

Amiga Forever is just a frontend UI to the underlying emulator; WinUAE. Yes, it's fantastic for emulating - but if you want to run it properly, you'll need to tinker under the hood - especially for setting up your own profiles and hardware settings for more troublesome games.
As for JPCSP, got a link to these "few dozen games" and what sort of speeds you consider playable, pleasE?

Once again, you just "read something online!!11" and then run to post it as fact.
Fact. "Loadable" isn't "Playable"
Fact. "2-4fps with no sound" isn't "Playable"
Bottom line. JPCSP "loads" many games, but they're not "playable" There's probably less than four games that load, with sound, and run at "playable" framerates. (not including PSP Minis, which are nothing more than ported Flash titles anyway)
@tombata
I've not heard of one mate, but I'll keep my eyes open for you.

JPCSP team
are more focusing on improving the "compatibility list"
of the emulator, when they will have an an high compatibility
they will be more focused on improving the speed and fixing bugs of the games
not the mention they are working on PCSP{based on C++} too
that will probably will be faster.
the situation is quite similar to what Dolphin and PCSX2 were in the start,
the emulator is just about year long.

I only said a few dozens about 30 or more games.
and when I said "playble" it was in inverted commas
when the emulator's developers consider game as "playble" is doesn't mean it's in "full speed"
it means you can "play" the game from the start to finish
it doesn't mean the game has no problems like slowdown and bugs.
it's like in Dolphin and PCSX2

Did you even look in any of those threads? Or did you just see a "playable" category with xx amount of threads and run back here all full of glee and joy? I *did* look in them and what I saw was not playable.

didn't you read what I Already said
Quote: | when the emulator's developers consider game as "playble" it doesn't mean it's in "full speed"

it doesn't mean the game has no problems like slowdown and bugs. |
it's not really "playble" because of the problems of course.
I don't know what's your problem
I already mention it.
Quote: | constantly trying to contradict me, who has been using them ever since they existed. |
I know the existence of emulators for about 12 years
I just didn't know the emulators like PCSX2 and dolphin were advanced.
just because you are know a lot about emulation it's not make you an "mistakes proof"
