FF just started doing a weird thing - on forums with NEWER software (), ones that doesn't reload the entire page when you post, just adds your reply on the fly - when i post now, just when i press Post reply, i get the hour glass cursor and it wont post. I have to reload the thread, then my reply is visible/posted. What gives? Watercooled 5950X \| AORUS Master X570 \| Asus RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC \| 64Gb RAM \| 1Tb 970 Evo Plus + 2Tb 660p \| etc etc

Do you have skype installed? FF started doing wierd things like that when i installed win7, so i switched to chrome. Then a few weeks into chrome, the same things started happening. I found out it was the skype plugin. Just went to "addons" and disabled it..FF has worked fine ever since.

First try to see if it's happening in safe mode : http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Also, do you have a firewall ? Try disabling all security-related stuff to see if it happens then.
