It baffles me that people do this every year still and we all know this is the time of the year MS does its bans. And here comes the streams of posts from users stating it was this game, that game, blah blah blah but it all comes back to one thing.. NO ONE KNOWS HOW MS BANS CERTAIN USERS!!!
I played Forza3 / ODST the day it was leaked with my internet plugged in, with me signed into my Live account and guess what? Im NOT banned... just like last year.. what was it? Fallout 3 that everyone claimed that was the game that banned alot of people? That game and a few others which i played all three and never got banned last year neither.
Moral of the story is this - People, Stop proclaiming you know what got you banned because you dont know, i dont know ..none of us know ..so why make people worry? Its the luck of the draw in getting banned..plain and simple. Sure you might get a temp ban if you play a game too early but you wont get a perm ban. The only way your gonna get a perm ban is if your the unfortunate son that just happened to be selected by your good old friends at Microsoft.
Best way to be safe is this..dont mod your box because once you mod your box.. you are at risk even if you play NOTHING BUT ALL REAL RETAIL GAMES on that modded box...MS can detect the firmwares some how..its not really the games people...
True story..i know a guy from xboxscene that modded his box last fall and never got a chance to play a warezed out game on his newly modded box and he was banned of all things..go figure eh

It's possible that NTSC release is review copy.

Last car i recieved was the Ford GT, wich I just had to equip with two pretty turbochargers
