I need some help to run this game guys as I've just d/l it and there's quite a few patches cracks etc.
When I start the game up it's in Polish I think, but all the menus in the game itself are in English. I have the Uk and US 1.7 patches, the Vitality 1.5 cracked patch, so basically what do I need to get this game working up to 1.7?
The version I grabbed is Prophet.

The game works without cracking - I think they are just for the launcher, not the game exe?
You shouldn't use the launcher at all anyway - FOMM for sorting mods and direct shortcut to the game exe for launching the game.

So the launcher is for the addons? Do I need all the patches, or can I just patch to 1.7, and which version should I use?

Just patch to the latest version (you'll need it if you want to use all the DLC content anyway)... No idea if the Prophet release is UK, US or what; guess you could check from the game exe.
The launcher is also used to set up some graphical settings, so run it once to setup those, but yeah after that it's not necessary to ever launch it.

Well, both Morrowind and Oblivion haven't got new updates after their GotY releases, so probably the same will happen with F3 GotY.
And if not, you can install regular F3, update to 1.7, take its uncracked EXE and use it for a future GotY patch.

Is there any difference at all between <goty edition> and <reloaded+patch1.7+dlcs> ? Any extras/fixes/goodies ?
And are there any other monster mods besides MMM ? Something lite with just a few mobs and no gameplay changes ?

DVD1 is the same as AVENGED clone, except Unleashed replaced launcher.exe with cracked one, and DVD2 has one big stand alone executable installshield file, kinda like a big update, that installs all DLCs and updates game to the latest version. Basically you just need DVD2 if you want to have all DLCs in one convenient package.

So we end up with the launcher from v1.0?
Nvm, I'll download and try it myself. Reloaded ISO + unmodified v1.0 launcher from the innernets + GotY DVD2 + vitality crack v1.5 (launcher hasn't change since 1.5) = shouldn't be any problems.
