Just bought Torchlight from Steam. Only cost €14.99, should be a bargain if it's anything like FATE/Mythos, which it certainly seems to be.

Woah those new trailers showing the 2 classes really were pretty awesome. The videos looked and sounded ALOT like Diablo and thats good because diablo is still one of the best RPGs.

Yes it is. There's supposed to be sets etc even. Don't remember if Fate had sets.

It's exactly like FATE and Mythos, though I don't recall if FATE had full sets either.

Anyway, maybe it's a review copy, the game gone gold yesterday and they said that they were giving those kind of copies.
I can't wait for this. I loved Mythos and FATE.

Epsilon: Game is great btw, I love it, so far it's a definite goty. It's remarkable how much has changed since the beta, stardock have been working their asses off, and it shows.

i believe both the stream and those screens are from a review copy..
loved fate, .. its only $20 so im just gonna buy it
and yes the items are randomized, and there are uniques, sets, rare etc..

yeah, and tbh i really dont care. i still play d2 and i hardly ever go online ..too much annoying people. playing with friends is fun, but not important for me, in a game like this.

This game looks amazing but the only thing I worry about is....why is it so cheap? I hope it's lives up to the hype that the devs are from Diablo and all that! Please live up to the hype like Borderlands did!!

He says the stream is from a review copy. He said this earlier when I was watching and someone asked him.
Also said the alchemist can dual-wield wands so you could do something like have a fire wand in one hand and an ice wand in another.

The Devs are indeed from Diablo. Same guys that were working on Mythos. . . which was the only GOOD game that was coming from Flagship (Hellgate London) of which I was a beta tester.
It is definitely worth 20 bucks. i actually got it for 17 bucks and some change with the special going on now (10% off for preorder).
1 stripe purple belt in JiuJitsu (good grief this takes FOREVER hahah)

Well, because the developers were able to produce it at a low enough cost, to be able to sell it that low, and (hopefully) still make a profit.
