So far google hasn't provided me with satisfying answers, so if anyone knows then yay for me Very Happy

I would want that when I press ,(comma) on numpad to get .(dot) and not ,(comma).
Can that be done? It would really help with implementing data into programs like Qtiplot, or making tables for Mathematica that reads decimals as x.xx, not x,xx...

I found one (thanks Surray Smile ), but now I need to install .NetFramework for win7, and that'll take a while (~1,3Gb in size)...

why do you need to install .net though? I thought windows 7 comes with .net 3.5
windows vista came with 3.0 too.

nah I tried changing the number format but it has no effect on the numpad key.
changing the keyboard layout is the way to go.

If the application uses .net 1.1-2.0 you need the legacy framework.

I didn't check, but I've downloaded some program called MSKLC, and it said this:

jeez, what a crappy gif quality :\ Very Happy

EDIT: I guess that was older version, I got version 1.4 and installation worked! Now I'll go fiddle with it a bit Very Happy
