Flashing fw is annoying. People always say how easy it is and stuff but they don't take into account that its a huge pain in the ass to pull out my PC, remove the side panel, find my sata cable and then try to remember all the jungle flasher steps for my current drive.
Just like fixing RROD is technically easy, its still a pain in the ass. I hope 1.6.1 will do for at least the rest of the year
I hope 1.61 lasts til next year..I pay someone to flash my drive for me, it would be a pain in the ass to drive to the guy and pay him every time I need it flashed

but i got nothing to say about the game(except im waiting for it) or the wave 4(i got the activation dvd as keycahain:))
It's the MW2/Whine about dedicated servers being gone/whine about matchmaking/whine at people who are impartial to it/asking if it's the wave 4 thread or the modern warfare thread/something.
It shouldn't be a surprise that copies of Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2 have already slipped through the net, giving a handful of gamers the opportunity of becoming the announcers on new in-game features, instead of the actual developers themselves. With the game already being pirated on the Xbox 360 console, one PlayStation 3 owner also manage to grab a copy
You will NOT see a release for this game prior release date... I bet you my life you won't see it.. Whoever these people are that are getting the game earlier are obviously family/friends/ or PRESS who have permission.. Sorry to down you guys but NO real release before November 15. If there is one, and you post the release first I will paypal you $10.. That is how sure I am that there will be NO RELEASE
