about the AD&D system
being a mage could be very troublesome if you had a DM who did not really like overpowered magic in his/her campaign
remember that most of the spells needed 3 components: verbal, somatic and material
and the fireball spell was a particular powerful one, it maxed out at L10: (10D6 damage) and the blast would fill a huge area
you don't want a mage to be able to serial cast those
(MMO)RPGs these days don't have that kind of fire power, the mage is always some underpowered char that does get way to much aggression and in a 1 vs 1 fight dies instantly

2 DVD's both named play Disk 1&2, i installed and used only first, maybe later i need second.

Not sure about onlinecheck but there is in game online possibility to dl new quests and so on.

Really nice looking game by the way Smile

Yes there is CD key, i think if you get warerelease y cannot get bonus DLC.

confirmed by developer - NO PROTECTION - only cd key bound to EA account for updates and other goddies
