Loving fan: "un cazzo 'n culo!"
(A cock deep inside your ass!)
What about the nonlinearity listed under the features? Is it really there (freedom of choice/choices and consequences/ability to approach situations differently/etc.)? Is it like Jagged Alliance 2, meaning a tactical game with strong RPG elements (I remember in JA2 you were allowed to roam free whenever you wanted, talking with NPCs and solving a lot of sidequests).
I am stuck in the prison..how the hell to get out>??!?!
Spoiler:
I am currently at the train part, have to investigate the escapees..I can talk to some guy chained to the fence but after that i can either leave..or continue convo and get shot down by guards...
I only have a cleaver since i have no clue how to get ammo (got empty smg) in the prison..)
also when i continue convo with the chained guy at fence i automatically fail the quest to investigate the escapees?
also on a sidenote: where are cigarettes for bully?
I searched 99% of the prison but got no clue how to proceed..
The guy chained to the train? That's the end right there. Talk to him and that's it, the prison section is over - as you escape into the real world, so do your prison quests before that! Oh and yes, you'll automatically fail the "discover how prisoners are escaping" quest when you do, that's natural.
I don't recall being able to buy ammo in the prison, but if you can; look for vendors - the blue dot on your minimap - as they sell whatever you need. Elsewise; STEAL! Seriously, you won't get far in this game without pick-pocketing or stealing.

Spoiler:
thanks!
..I was ranking up within the guards and I imagined get out without making to much of a fuss, instedaa of breaking out really...
to bad I haven't really focused on melee skills..am really struggling atm..
pickpocketing really does wonders yes:D
but eh, if I may be so bold, I don't really want to leave things unsettled (I assume I can't go back)...
where the hell are those cigarettes for bully, everyone smokes them but no-ones got them!!
I wish I could tell you mate, but damn... it's been a LONG time since I was in the prison. They're around (usually you can find objectives on the map, though not sure if the cigs count)
Highlight nearby items and grab the potatoes, they'll heal you up a bit, you'll need all of them once you reach the little village full of cannibals or what they are.
(Or were supposed to be before being re-translated, heh.)
You guys make this game look so wonderful... I can't even get past the beginning with the 2 dudes near the fire.
It's very important to press alt and take all potatoes like beckman said..
If you do not in heal in combat you won't make it..also for me as a non-melee based char I save jjust before a fight..and if it goes good i save again, but i miss like 3x and get stabbed myself 3x i just reload till I win..
in the beginning its a bit like..wtf im so weak..but later on you get more freedom (ironic for being in prison i guess) and it gets better..
also before conversations ..SAVE>.because some conversation choices lead to end game..
Just finished the game and despite the bad voice acting and somewhat broken mechanics I have to say I really enjoyed this game. The setting is pretty interesting and the world is really cruel. Feels like everyone wants to scam you or sell you out and it really feels like the planet is full of criminals. The weapons is also interesting and it's really fun running around with such "old" weapons when your soldiers clearly are used to high tech ones.
Now just to wait for a translation of the sequel if there will be one
