Regarding ping, I don't know how it is in MW2, but in MW1 ping was displayed very incorrectly. For example if you get 40ms ping to server, it would show as 90ms in game scoreboard, but it feels like 40ms so it's all good.

Wow this is even worse than I imagine. Remember how it started out with just the servers, then we found out about lack of modding and then lowered amount of players and now there isn't even any console commands? And they even dare to say it's not a port?
Someone should drop a bomb over IW:s main office.
I guess the only ones buying the game like this with it's higher price tag is the kinda people who also enjoys being raped

...or people who actually want the game no matter what (like me, ive got every other cod game and thats not about to change due to some changes in how they supply the games for us. I hardly ever play with more than 5-8 players anyway as I enjoy small battles...)
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Unless the game requires steam to activate on release day (did IW/Activision say anywhere if this is going to require online activation or not?)
