I <3 Forza 3 
God this game is awesome...in car view is just so amazing. I live my 98 Supra with a spedometre that only goes to 180 (can't tell what units, I have it set to Km/h but not sure if that effects the dash art) and yet after tuning that car go upward of 250 Km/h. I love that attention to detail. The vinyl art system seems so much more fluid in this version, I could really get into that, whereas in 2, I couldn't be bothered. The cars drive so amazingly well with a decent tuning setup. I've get my difficulty settings set to give me a 40% boost to rewards...I think all assists are off, except ABS. Though I might turn that off too since I hardly ever lock the wheels anymore. The cars just drive so well it's awesome I don't care if you purists cry and whine 'but it's not real, this isn't how they work in real life' I dn't fucking care, it's FUN. There's a challenge here to take turns properly, there's weight distrabution in turns, hell I was dicking around and one of the option for roll bar stiffness suggested that if thing were too stiff the inner tires could lift, so I tried it and it HAPPENED. I lol'd cause I almost flipped the car.
And I have flipped cars! That's fucking terrifying in cockpit view!
The scenery is just gorgeous. I've lost races because I was staring into the background in awe when I suddenly realised OH SHIT I have to brake! SMASH right into the wall at 200Km/h.
All this rambling aside, I have a huge complaint. The damage modelling is fucking stupid. I want damage. I want to hit something and end up fucking the alignment or screwing up my transmission, or any number of things. But if I accidentaly tap into the rear of my opponent, I don't want to immediately see his tail lights shatter to piece for a fucking nudge. God I wish I could keep simulation damage on, but the graphic effects of damage off. Oops, I just tapped that wall, oh look my car just feel to pieces. THIS IS WHY I DON'T BUY DOMESTIC! (lol )
Fun game though. Been playing it off and on. Bought myself a Ford GT (the new one, not the '66 original) and I fucking love it I love that car and it's so fun to drive!

Moved update to HDD and it works perfectly, loving shft animations, really adds alot to realism.
But something crazy happened when I tried to connect HDD back to xbox. Xbox wouldn't see HDD at all. I died a little inside (no kidding, even thou I had it backed up on PC I was scared shitless). Then quickly started googling and apparently it's because some motherbaords (including mine) create HPA secrutiy sector on all HDDs automatically, this HPA shifts total HDD size by a few megs and then xbox doesn't see it any more. JiGSaW, there's a free DLC for Forza3 out. Do you know if it's possible to share free DLCs or they are DRMed in some way even thou they are free?

Only demo's are DRMfree on xbox. |

Only demo's are DRMfree on xbox. |
Some stuff isn't locked down , normally on sites with gamesaves and stuff people share unlocks and themes
Fallout dlc even prior to the expansion discs had this , fable and halo free dlc had this as well

How can u lock wheels anyways with abs, it prevents u from blocking.

Offline money glitch
This will only work if u haven't patched your save and only play offline
1.Pick any car
2.Buy every upgrade(including all the rims) the more you buy the more to sell
3.Press start then click reset to default then click the guide button and return to dashboard
4.Start forza 3 up again
5.Go to upgrades on the same car and see u still have the upgrades but your money never decreased
6.Sell them all and exit to the menu screen so it saves.
You can do this as much u need to.
THIS WILL GET YOU BANNED FROM THE STORE FRONT AND AUCTIONS DO NOT BITCH IF YOU USE THIS GLITCH

fucking microsoft banning for glitching.
This is NOT hacking or CHEATING this is making use of the errors in the game it self. You do not add anything yourself. Just like the MW2 glitch I thought this was a perk or something. What if you don't know about the banning and just use it thinking this is part of the game. Fucking microsoft should stop doing this.

Omg this game is so good I can't believe I never played any of the Forza games till tonight. Was playing Dirt 2 last night and I was like "wtf is this gay shit" so I decided to get NFS Shift and Forza 3 today and holy crap Forza 3 is amazing!!!! Not to mention the game runs at 60fps! Why hasn't anybody mentioned this!!
But yea Dirt 2 sucks balls compared to this. They won't even let you customize your car in dirt 2. Although they let you customize the horn.....who the hell honks during a race anyways
