You can try to run game with DynPatch:
*Features:

- Easy to Patch

PS: It works for me sometimes like twice a day but the servers are
getting full fast... so this does work but it takes patience to get
in atleast for now until reloaded releases a epic pacth:

nothing new, that message is posted by many people who ordered the uk version and imported it to germany for example. but i think it will work normally when its unlocked. otherwise many people are fucked

Nah, I'm in UK, bought from Game.co.uk and I get that message as well, as will anyone trying to activate before the 10th according to the steam forums.
