What is better, change my date to tommorrow and istall via Steam? (changing dates works btw)

So, we have seen legitimate screenshots of people with the game, running it on pc, why can't they just upload the ncf/dll/exe files?

Some questions.

A) The STEAM leaked version that is flying around will be playable with a supposed Scene crack even if the released version is not the same?

B) The Phoenix app makes the game playable?

C) From what i understand the Phoenix app extracts/decrypts the game files, but there's no executables?
