we're already witnessing a little trend.. "it doesn't LOOK laggy, so maybe I'll buy it afterall"
People should know game engines/netcode are designed to hide packet loss and make it look smooth.
edit: seeing it more in the steam forums, but thought i'd mention it here

3) Runs the autorun Disk 1

Imo it's a major fault when someone is buying MW2 for the PC. For the future of PC gaming.
I'm taking this very serious. I really don't want to buy my PC games for 60$/€ in the future because some people aren't able to use their fucking mind. What's next? MW3 100$ ??? If it would be cost 100$ im pretty sure there are still enough special people who would buy it.
To every one who's been offended by this statement.. you should be.
I know there are various places where you can get MW2 for 20-30$/€ but it doesn't matter. Here in Germany we've got a bunch of major multimedia retailers like Saturn or MediaMarkt and they sell it for 60€. Thousands of people are buying there so I have to go with this price as the standard one.
+ a 100% console port for the PC? With intended console gaming feel? If I would wan't that, I would play on consoles... this is ridiculous

Cant complete install because steam says "Servers are too busy"
Anyone else get this? Is this because of no crk after using DynFix or is steam swamped with people?

You're getting "Steam servers are too busy" because of the crack, that's a generic message you get for not owning the game you're trying to play. Check the FAQs on rin.ru.

Any way for europe to get the game early on steam? I've seen people messing about with changing the clock etc, altho im still quite confused if its even possible.

its available in central europe since 7-8 hours, but only if you have retail key. steam costumers will have to wait till 12th. and there is no chance for a workaround (except buying the retail version)
