Meh, graphically speaking, the COD series has never been spectacular. Looks alright to me. More anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering should make it look a bit more attractive as well.

MP Gameplay isn't bad at all. feels strange in the beginning, but soon becomes challenging.
a load of new shit to unlock.
worst thing that can hapen is when you are on a bad host. then ping is for fuck.
i even had a host migration once... thought that was only a joke on youtube... but it's real.
so, i must say all in all i like it, was worth the 45 €.
