Is there anyone who isn't banned? and I'm not talking about people who have stayed offline for the last week or never flashed their 360. Anyone with a modified firmware able to connect to XBL right now?

Played MW2 all last week and stopped last night. I know i'm on the list for a ban now and I'll just quit while i'm ahead. Gold account ends next week anyhow.

I got banned for playing MW2 for one night a few days ago. First time I ever played a pre-release game. I was using the RROD version with 1.51 using activate.iso.
Was worth it lol

One question, I got banned too and i read that all the saves and archievement for my profile will be corrupted... does that also mean that if I use another profile (without live account) that this profile will also create corrupted saves ? Thank you, and sorry if It was mentioned before.

Anything that gets accessed on the banned machine will get corrupted. |

My xbox is also banned. But my saves are not currupted And i can still complete archievements

Try plugging your HDD or memory card into an unbanned 360. They will be corrupted and you will not be able to upload the achievements.

You can use your saves/achievments on the banned console but unbanned console will see them as corrupted files. That's how it works i think

You know, If someone sued microshit for disabling the console, they would have to PROVE at the court, HOW did they detect the console was modified. Of course not in fucked up USA, I mean normal - european court.

works fine on your xbox and on another if you so wish . But your profile will be pumped so you will need to recover it from live

What if someone bought their kid a second hand console for xmas, and it had been flashed without their knowledge and subsequently banned?
Not the new owners fault but impossible to prove you didn't flash it...

They'll just say you can still use your banned console to gain Gamerpoints. Enough reason to make sure you can't use hds from banned consoles on non-banned ones.

It's not Microsofts problem either though is it , The console breaks the ToS so it's fairgame to be banned

Only if you don't plan to tranfer your saves/achievents to unbanned console i guess.
Btw, i don't think the files are actually corrupted. That would be lame. They are fine. I think your banned console just writes some kind of hidden data on your hdd. The unbanned console reads that data and doesn't allow to access the content.
