Glad I bought mw2 via steam, 35 euro vs 60 dollars wasn´t good enough to risk it.

anyone tried to contact the steam support? i dont think they are allowed to do this. if someone gifts you a game which was bought with a stolen creditcard it would be ok (your fault). but cdkeys? wtf? i dont think who they could see that they were sold online, even when these are asia keys or something like that. i mean i could have been on vacation there...

I'm not in the least bit surprised, I've bought game keys in the past but had a bad feeling about doing it with MW2. Worked out about £5 cheaper to get the key from g2play instead of Steam, don't know what the price difference was for other people but a £5 discount isn't worth the trouble in getting a shady key from an Asian reseller.

I have a nice business proposal for all the guys who failed at buying a key for modern warfare 2 for less then a gazillion dollars and thus not satisfy valve and activision 
oh and
don't forget
They are laughing right now
But you have to understand them. Modern Warfail 2 made more then 550.000.000$ (fivehundredandfiftymillion dollar) in the first 5 days of sale. That was a big disappointment and you MUST pay 60 dollar to play this game. It has amazing 5 hours of SP and a great MP, when you enjoy it to play with a ping above 50

Almost bought mine form one of those places. Glad i decided to go with Gamestop instead.
Had I not had those rebate cards though, I would have bought mine from a key site most likely.

Does having NAT open make a difference? Ive had it opened and strict and I still wait 5-10 minutes before finding a game. Also, every game except the first I played last night was ended in the middle of the match "Host Migrated" or something. Im losing patience with this one.
