Agree 100%.
I bought that game day 1 because I fell for the hype, and was desperate for a new FPS game for the PS3. While the visuals look amazing, thats pretty much it. The gameplay and everything else is so generic and boring. I lasted only one week playing that crap. Especially online, it was just boring as fuck. Controls are really bad, which contributed to me being annoyed with the game.
Single player was also boring. Its just not worth buying. Unless you find it at the bargain bin for like $15 or $20. Wasted $65 on that POS game.

I'd go with AC2, you get more playing time with it. L4D2 is short, and only good when playing with friends. I'd wait for price drop on L4D2 before buying it.

Tough one, i havent played L4D2 yet but i did play the Demo and i loved part 1 a lot so i would say L4D2 if you have Xbox live Gold, else its definately Assassins Creed 2.

hhmm, i think l4d2, as the multiplayer is great. total chaos  ac2 i think would be too much time consuming

oh and don't panic if this game will crash on you ,its normal ...just reset your console and play from the same point ... Naughty Dog knew this thats why they added a panic save  they even added a patch 1.1 to fix those SO register to th PSN service for those patches
its the only game that hangs the system , even on slim from the ones that i have tested |
ah ok thx for letting me know, seems fine at the minute
im looking on the psn network for the patch now |

Bit OT: but is there a controller for ps3, where the analog sticks are placed same way as in xbox controller?
It's my main gripe with ps3. I just cannot stand the controller.

It's only £15 platinum and it is a good game. Controls aren't the best, I agree, but the campaign is entertaining enough and the multiplayer can be a lot of fun. |
+2 Graphics are good, gameplay is awesome, controls are fine.
