So there are a few games from Gameloft that feature "Gameloft Live!" which is a ridiculous clone of Xbox Live! basically. But I'm not complaining because I love social ventures like this, with profiles, friend lists and achievements and shit.
Anyways, I bought a few Gameloft titles, and downloaded some others. Without even thinking I associated my Gameloft account with my legit e-mail, and I'm guessing that they can tell when a game is pirated or not?
Everytime I try to register my e-mail account on their forum it says I am banned, lol. How could they ban me before I even registered unless they saw somehow that I pirated some of their shit?
But if they did ban me based on piracy, why the hell wouldn't they ban me from Gameloft Live! also? I don't get it. ;p

It's most likely a blanket IP ban, mate. Some other douchebag got IP banned and you fell under the umbrella. Dynamic IP? :\

I was able to register under another email address. Also it only mentions my ban after I try to register that email address. |
