god, these guys were good in their day. SW battlefront, full spectrum warrior, Mercs, Destroy all humans. Then they screwed up Mercs2 big time. This must have been the fnal nail in their coffin, EA swoop in to buy them and their sister company Bioware and it's goodbye pandemic. Then they release this, which seems like the natural successor to Mercs.
I am really starting to hate big businesses like EA/MS/Sony et al. they are the Simon Cowell of the games industry, stifling creativity for run of the mill dross.

It mainly sucks imho. Poor controls and attention to details is horrible. Guards are idiots. The fight controls are horrific and responsiveness is terrible. It feels like driving a tank when driving cars.The whole control system is totally lacking fluid movement. Even the climbing is ugly.Sorry, i actually waited for this title and had high hopes. What a disapointment.

Well Pandemic were in massive debt, so if EA hadn't bought them the game would never have been released anyway. At least this way some employees will still have jobs after the dissolution of the company, and of course the developers will receive their standard bonus commission.

true, the game is rough around the edges. there are glitches here and there, especially the climbing animations are a bit stiff, the AI isn't exactly smart and it doesn't introduce anything really innovative.
but i don't care, ithas one thing even tons of polish won't get you: fun. love the "desaturated" art style and just free running across the city blowing up nazi stuff never gets old

Aside from one flying car in the beginning, there are not other glitches after 4-5hrs.

After 5 hours doesn`t the game get repetitive? Because i like the begining and hope it doesn`t get boring

I fully agree with everything you just said, maybe because assassins creed 2 spoiled it. I still like the plot so far.
