riki wasnt disgusting, it was fucking awesome! it wasnt that stupid torture porn shit that i cant stand in films, it was just over the top crazyness... kinda like braindead. that had shitloads of gore, but id never call it 'disgusting'.
but yeah... if ur one of those freaks who get off on fake snuff type films, and love the thought of people being tortured etc etc, cannibal holocaust is probably for you. hated that film with a fucking passion, to be honest.
or that jap stuff (guinea pig, etc..) - the japs cant get enough of that shit...but theyve always been pretty screwy in the head, them japs

Martyrs is my favorite horror movie, but it's more of a psychological horror so I wouldn't call it the most disgusting movie. Grotesque wins that category for me
