Whoa. This game was made of so much awesome. It's a shame the game tanked considering how incredible the story is. Words can't describe my love for this game.

This does not include a facelift of the gfx? Tried playing this a few months ago but it made my eyes bleed.

For those of you who want to own the game, if you're in the US you can get it for $20 from
Gogamer.com for the next 48 hrs. Yes, i know everyone here knows how to GET games, but i know there are some of you who like to own the really good ones.

This is idiotic question because nature can't be changed. If you can then you wouldn't be man anymore.
Game is superb and requires high IQ from gamers. That's why it didn't sell well. Most people are mediocre morons or simply consolers.

Necromancy -- well, some things are worth bringing back. PS:T is one of those things! I'm going to have to play this again with some of these mods.

I am currently in the process of playing this game.
I started it when it came out but never got very far (I think I was too young, this is definitely not a kid's game), so I have now started over.
I almost have no words to describe how brilliant it is so far (I have played quite far, though I don't know how long the game is).
The story is SO GOOD! You just WANT to continue all the time. Also, the combat seems quite well-balanced. You don't die too much and as the main character is immortal it doesn't always matter if he dies.
Also, the graphics are actually good (especially, of course, with the enhancements mentioned above). It is not 3d, but I wouldn't want it to be. The 2d graphics in this game are VERY VERY well made - pure art at times.
And the dialogues are funny, exciting, well-written.....
I could go on. Without a doubt the best RPG I have ever played (though, KOTOR was also very good).
Seriously, if you have not played this game (and if you are at least 15 years old and like to read - at times the game is like an interactive book) DO IT NOW!

I tried the game when it first came out, I was like 13yo at the time so I just played 20min and quit. Now, I love nice story above all (loved Mass Effect), but I hate RPG game like Dragon Age where you pass hours in the menu customizing equipment upgrade and spending upgrade point. It get even worse when you have a whole team to manage. If you pass more time in the menus than actual story/playtime, it's not for me, and this game looks like that.
Still, I keep hearing good things about it.
I also have difficulties with low graphics, while I can bear the game must really worth it. Anyone have a screenshot of what it looks like with every patch mentioned?
