a 'nuke' would denote it was released in the scene. since it wasnt a scene crack there wouldnt be a nuke unless there are p2p nukers now?!

i decided to buy a 360 , ubisoft take to other level the dma protection the gropus nees to rewrite software to crack the games eventually they can crack the games only i pray bioshock 2 dont have this kind of protection like the fisrt one when darclocker come to the light hehehe , i remember last prince of persia dont have any protection so i decide to buy the game y¡i dont support all this dma sh*** protection i know my english is sh***

hollywood has an almost monopoly on films and is universally the largest money catcher in the field, yet most films they make are shit, with most good films made by independent studios
it's pretty much identical to the pattern we see now in games
only way to get better and 'deeper' games is to force the developers to make their products good enough for people to WANT to buy them
besides, uncrackable drm would just mean people would stop buying shit they can never own

It's funny if you really believe that when game becomes uncrackable the sales increase. In the first weeks? Sure, if it's an AAA title. Otherwise- hell no, it only increases the rage on message boards and bad PR.

Do you think with the level of piracy nowadays in movies, it would happen again that warner brothers would give away 100million dollars (or something like that) to two brothers with a script that no one could quite understand at the time??
They don´t take that risk.
You´re seeing it the wrong way in my opinion.
Everyone here talk like there is no negative effect from piracy in the quality of the entertainment products we have nowadays.

I agree although i don't think an uncrackable drm will revitalize the pc scene entirely.
It would however restore confidence in pc games publishing which seems low when you look at moves like releasing on consoles a month(s) ahead of pc.
