Crash Bandicoot.

Wild 9 was nice as well, but really hard (at least back in the days AFAIK Wink)

Oddworld Abe´s oddysee and Abe´s exodus. Both of them. (edit: just saw that you wanted it to be 3d, so might as well not bother with these.)

If you want a more clean platform experience I would recommend Crash Bandicoot, like bringiton said, or even Spyro. First one was really fun.

I don't really remember much from the PSONE days, so the only platformer that comes to mind is Pandemonium Very Happy I seem to remember enjoying it anyway.

Another good one was Klonia : Door to Phantomville ........ and as said before Crash Bandicoot, Ape escape, Spyro & Pandemonium were all great

edited to say Klonia & Pandemonium were not strictly 3D, they were 2D but you could jump in and out the screen to give it a 3d effect

I had a lot of fun with ONE, too. Not flawless, but definitely one of the games i enjoyed most on the ps1.

I still think they are great : the 3 latest games they made (tomb raider legend, anniversary and underworld) are great IMO.

Actually, I really think, -and maybe i'm overreacting a little- that Crystal Dynamics rarely ever fail to deliver a good game, pretty much like Blizzard and are really underrated...

yeah HoD =D That one was GREAT!

Edit: This one was supposed to be launched for IBM PCs back in - I don`t know. The min specs it was planned for were: 486 DX33 4MB Ram.

Well - it was the DNF of the nineties. With the big difference that it was released in the end - and was great!

Heart of darkness was indeed a great surprise specially when no one thought it would be out one day. Even if it was still in 2d while most games at that time were in 3d, the gameplay clearly didn't disappoint and that's another proof graphics don't matter (crysis anyone ?).

Well i agree! I think i'm having more fun with the new Tomb raider games. Infact i didn't have any fun with the original ones. Maybe because the chalenge in them comes from the horrible graphics and confusing level desighn. Core desighn were desighning torture tools instead of games.

None of the above; (j/k Razz)

Rayman. Rayman 2 is also good on the PS1, but the first is classic.
