Why not 5870? And I don't get this
3x2GB OCZ Plat. DDR3-12800 (4x1GB OCZ Plat. DDR2-6400)
You currently have DDR2? And you are planning to buy DDR3 or?

Regardless of how big of an NVIDIA fanboy you are, right now there's nothing worse to do than buying NVIDIA cards.
1. You're paying too much
2. They're preparing for the Fermi release
3. As a result of #2, the GT200 series has been discontinued, if your card breaks you'll be in major trouble, as you might not be able to get a replacement part without paying extra for the new Fermi cards.
I suggest you either wait a few months and go for Fermi, or get over your ATI hate and go for ATI

Good luck replacing that turd if it breaks in a few months. Discontinued products = turds, regardless of the brands and how good they might have been at some point. Either wait for nVidia to come up with something new (March at the earliest  ) or look elsewhere.
