So yeah, I'm passing on my old computer to my dad and the standard Intel CPU cooler is broken so I'm in need of a new CPU cooler for the LGA775 socket. The computer is only going to be used for surfing the web and so on, nothing special. just needs to keep the computer cool.
I've been looking at the Arctic Cooling Alpine 11 GT socket LGA775, what do you think?. I don't know much about cpu coolers in general and more specifically cheap ones. I just need a really cheap one that works fine, not looking to get the H50.
So yeah, if you have any advice on something cheap you know of, please recommend.

could get a little zalman for 20 bucks.

it's pretty small, very very quiet and does it's job. I put one in my uncles new computer. I'm sure theres cheaper ones from other companies too tho, you don't need anything fancy
