It will be the same as always:
1. Some noob who just got an Xbox 360 gets the game first.
2. He goes to X360ISO and promises to upload the video.
3. He starts uploading to Rapidshare or some other shit, but the files get abused even before he is halfway done uploading.
4. He uploads somewhere even shittier.
5. People start downloading, but the rip is incomplete.
6. He promises to do it again, while other people try to "fix" the broken ISO.
7. No upload or response for some hours, then he asks for instructions on how to rip Xbox360 games.
8. Everyone gets scene rip that is hopefully out by then...

Just get a save online, sure when ME2 hits some dude will upload specific saves for just that.

I seriously doubt that you'll ever find a save that has a character with the same appearance and an identical set of choices.
Better to just start again, which is something I might do even though I have a complete save from the first game.
