I do believe most of the bugs in this are cause by the server being overloaded. I mean, the only real bugs I've noticed are when things take long to load (running in space, ship on planet surface etc.). These are happening cause the server can't keep up and takes long to update your status (or so I've heard atleast).
Probably going to pre-order, first MMO I've actually had fun playing.

Very few texts actually have voiceovers. So far I only encountered two instances (an EMH in the tutorial and some entity during a mission). No cutscenes like Champions so far, I doubt they'll do anything like that.
As for how they work: you pick up the quest, go to the system, do the tasks and call in to fninsh and get rewards. Pretty basic.

Anyone else just love it when their team mates just rush into battle with full impulse and then wonder why they blow up in like 5 seconds?
Idiots! It takes all your power to go full impulse! Arrg. Stupid people are stupid ^^

I'd rather have variety, even if ground combat isn't as good as space.

Just preorder at some online shop and when you get your key, cancel it.

I got a key and I've been playing for the last 5 hours. Can't remember when was the last time I had fun with a MMO.
Got a question: after a while, the keyboard shortcuts stopped working. And it's very irritating to use space, because I don't wanna fire torpedos while the shields are still up.
Is this a glitch, or did I accidentaly lock the controls?

Keyboard hotkeys mess up a lil for me too. To stop the torpedo issue, simply put the torpedo in the torpedo bay and not the phaser spot.

Sabin, so you're experiencing lag too, eh? I'm curious if it's only us europeans. Others seem to play just fine. I'm unable to log in from 9pm CET till morning. Never tried hammering the server 'cause I'm kinda against it, tough...

Remember the only server is on the west coast so if you are in the UK or Europe that's a HIGH latency.
