This looks interesting. It's the new Keanu Reeves (and Winona Ryder, Robert Downy Jr, Woody Harrelson) movie after Constantine. It's a combination of live action and rotoscopic animation (kinda looks like cel-shaded animation) .. based on a novel by Philip K Dick (Blade Runner, Total Recall, Minority Report, Paycheck) and directed by Richard Linklater (Dazed and Confused, Before Sunrise/Sunset, Waking Life -- also rotoscopic animation, and School of Rock)..

"Set in a future world where America has lost the war on drugs, an undercover cop, Fred (Reeves), is one of many agents hooked on the popular drug Substance D, which causes its users to develop split personalities. Fred, for instance, is also Bob, a notorious drug dealer. Along with his superior officers, Fred sets up an elaborate scheme to catch Bob and tear down his operation."

Supposedly comes out September 16

If anyone saw Constantine, there was a trailer for this movie in it. Looks pretty cool. Those last pictures are actually a part of the trailer, just in higher resolution. Looks like it will be pretty cool.

Here it is:

Weird. They didn't run the trailer when I went to see Constantine. Thanks for the link. I'm a little concerned about this film after seeing Constantine because Keanu is boring in it. Hopefully he doesn't ruin this one for me. ;D
