Seems to have quite a bit of length actually, depends on how you play though, I'm about 35 hours into the game, just got done with some personal quests for two of the companions so I'm either close to the ending or a little over halfway there, explored all available systems as well and done all quests I've found so far outside of companion specific ones and the main missions of course, will need to return and check available planets one extra time as well incase new jobs appears. Smile
(I don't feel I'm totally finished with a certain Asari and the citadel station should offer a bit more, seems pretty small though.)

Completed it in 20 hours. I don't know how some people got up to 15? I did all personal quests and took a relatively slow pace. Razz

Yeah I've done every single quest I've found and I'm at 17 hours and pretty sure I'm just about to end the game. Maybe if I afk for 1 hour every 3 hours I play and hold ctrl through the whole game I might get above 30.

31hrs right now and I've nowhere near done "every quest" Still have three members to recruit (Assassin, Justicar, Legion) and then head to end game.

sabin1981, don't forget the loyalty missions! Justicar's sidequest is one of the best in the game Smile

Beat the game in 37h. Had to replay the ending once because Thane got killed. Had to send Miranda instead. Never disappoints me. I probably missed many N7 quests. Only did like 15.

That's what I meant by "trust" missions... sorry. I meant "loyalty" - and, so far, Tali's was my favourite, but I've not recruited Justicar just yet.

As for me, I still can't find where to use the Forged ID. I've been all over the citadel, I simply cannot find anyone who needs it.

Fuck Bioware and the lack of fucking items. It's the same shit with Dragon Age. Argh.

My only real complaint with this game and Dragon Age.

This is actually what I love about Dragon Age.
The "special" items you DO find are actually special. Usually you can even find a codex entry about it as well which makes it even more special.
Same it was with Baldur's Gate Smile

to Sabin -
2 asari women, sitting on a ledge in a corridor. It's bright behind them so you might have not noticed the blue "target/talk to" thingie. I think you had to go from the middle area of the citadel (docking/csec) towards the warehouses, they should be in the first corridor.

About to finish my last loyalty quest. Before you do Zero's quest, make sure you have quite a bit of Paragon or Renegade points. My lack of it made me lose her loyalty. Doesn't matter though, as I pretty much hate every part of her character.

Well, I just 'acquired' the game and wanted to say that the character renaming method I refered to earlier still works (if anyone is interested in such things): you can rename your character with a little hex editing. The name strings are in a slightly different position than those referred to in the guide though. And there are more of 'em. But they're not hard to track at all.

Anyone know where to find assualt rifles and updates for them? Got the third assault rifle on the collector ship but had to switch to the second one cause it was way more precise.
I've found upgrades for basically all weapon types except the assualt rifle.

For anyone interested, this is what you get if you decide to start a new game after already beating ME2, and say don't wanna use the same character you used (you want a different class or gender or such).

Long Service Bonuses:
+25% bonus exp on all missions
Retain all heavy weapons from previous playthroughs
200,000 credits
50,000 Element Zero
50,000 Iridium
50,000 Platinum
50,000 Palladium

Also you get to pick a special ability when creating the character depending on whose loyalty quests you completed.

Laughing

Mordin fucking RULES, he's just awesome. As I said to Epsilon; go into it expecting nothing but an action game with a great plot and awesome dialogue... and you'll be happy. Go into expecting an RPG or even Mass Effect 1.5, and you'll be disappointed.

So when game releases, I will get the extra character "DLC" for free? (It is already in the game, as the new character will probably have his own mission too, and that should be huge if you have to download it.)

Still feel the same emptyness I felt after Mass Effect 1, hasn't really happened with any other plot heavy games, Dragon Age included. Some random thoughts about the story:

Yeah, it's free. The "Hammerhead" buggy is a pay-for one, however.

@ArtusL

Nope, they are definitely NOT anywhere on Citadel. At least... not for me they're not. I've covered every square inch of that place and there's nobody to give the ID to, no women to talk to, no sitting in bright lights or anything... just not there.
