here is a blank bik file i just found on the net.
Added some more header info in hex to make it compatible with bf2 bink format, some header stuff with binktexture or something like it.
place in your "bad company 2/output/win32/movies" folder
I just named it like the ea intro, you can also replace the other .res files with it to remove the movies. faster startup etc etc.
dolbydigital.res and ea_logo_hd.res are the first two movies.

also, all the other vids in the folder are placeholders, except the attraction.res movie. shows what additional weapons and features you get when getting the limited edition. dont know how to access it from ingame, but meh.

Shitty, I just signed up and got a key instantly. Lucky I guess. Plus with the server browser crashing to the desktop, you're not missing too much right now. Another set of keys are going to be released as well.

Can you not subscribe? Ahh I see now "Please note we currently only have Subscriber Keys remaining! We are working on obtaining more Keys, so keep checking back!
Must've just made the give away, as I am not a subsciber either.

Fucking hell, I almost preordered on amazon uk, then noticed that it's just the normal non-limited edition... would have been a steal for £24.99...
and no way i pay those inflated steam euro prices!

HAH after a bit, two servers show up... One with 32 players, the other anywhere from 16-27 players. Cannot connect, as it says the server is full nomatter what the player count is. 2funny

They need as many people logging on as possible to stress the system, that's the whole point of beta. If they only handed out a few beta keys and everything seemed to go OK, they would only have this login/server browser problem on release day.

Only in the server browser for me, just use join now to play. Can get you into some shitty servers though..
