It is in the form of Trials 1 and 2. It looks almost te same but on the PC the physics are much more realistic and unforgiving. Much less arcadey. It's quite difficult.

Yeah I think you can get it on steam.
Alternatively there's a bunch of flash games which are pretty much the same.

If anyone wants a challenge, check some of my times...
i have 100% golds in beginner, easy and medium, all golds except 5 in hard and 1 gold in extreme, these are all including the dlc tracks as well.
This game always has me coming back for more, my mates and I all used to play Across when we were younger, very similar to elastomania.
