all antiviruses find fals-positives viruses, we just need to add them to exclusions, but still alot of ppl are afraid when a keygen or crack pop-up the antivirus window, so funny xD

No wonder since there are so many trojans and viruses that disguise themselves as keygens and cracks.

It's not always going to be a false positive but.
Not really much point having AV if you're just going to assume it is and exclude.

I've got a tip about the MP mode lag and other problems, alt-tab out and back in. I did that and the problems are gone. Just something to try until they make another patch.

Pisses me off the FUBAR'd the multi with this latest patch. Was hoping to play some this weekend before AVP comes out next week. Still finishing up ME2 before I get in to the single, but damn, WTF is up with 2K games?

I finished it yesterday, good game. It gets better and better I must say, I enjoyed it more than Bioshock 1. The graphics looked good to me, I didn't see the problem. It has it's own style though, so that always ups the GFX for me a couple of points. The original art style is still present.
Dual-wielding plasmids and weapons is a big improvement, alot more fun. Some people complain they used only one plasmid and a couple of weapons, I don't see the problem. I used almost all plasmids and all weapons equally, great fun. It's easier to freeze everything and just shatter them, but that way you'll just ruin the entire experience.
Overall a good game with fun combat. The enemies are better, combat is better and it's more fun than Bioshock 1. My only complaint would be the lackluster story, the radio dialogues really were uninteresting. Some textures are also lowres, unacceptable for a PC game imo.
I'd rate this one 8.5/10, a good enjoyable game which does it's own thing. Sure they didn't re-invent the wheel, but it's a good experience if you don't expect a revolution with every game you play.
Question about alternate endings:
Spoiler: | I got the good one where Eleanor uses the needle to get my memories. How does one get the ending in which the main character refuses teh needle? |

There's a really good end which is colored if you save everyone, a bad end if you kill everyone and then a semi-good and semi-bad ending which are variants the two other ones.
(Just watch the .bik files directly, hard to describe.)
|
EDIT: Ups, misunderstood, guess I'm a bit tired or something.

The reloaded crack.
I disabled xfire for a while till i was in the next level, and it worked. Dont know if it really was because of xfire, because i quicksaved during a big sister fight and later continued to play.

Game exe (Bioshock2.exe) is updated but the loader/launcher can be replaced with the cracked version as it's not really related to the game. (Although apparently Reloaded's version works better based on various posts in this forum, finished it with Razor's version just fine though but I replaced it anyhow, heh.)

Actually as there's 14 stations and you can't upgrade the "hack tool" you can get all the basic upgrades and then upgrade two weapons fully, if you find access to all stations of course and it'll be right at the end of the game once the final one is utilized.
(Never found the code to the door in that level, thought it had something to do with the paintings but it's something else, got more than 100 logs though but I'm unsure if it was all of them as the achievement triggered in Perseus or what it's name was and I found a bit around 10 more or so until the game was finished, might have missed one here and there or a tonic, hunting that teleporting one took a while for example but I got it.)
(Third rocket/cannon upgrade and third speargun upgrade whas what I took, others had interesting uses but not all that useful like those two were.)
