It's a touch, i deceived. Basically is there anyway to let it know the PC it's hooked up to is the source. Sorry total newb with this, I did do some googling but it seems every link is for installing assuming you have wifi or 3g.

Download file on PC.
Download iFunBox.
Connect iTouch via USB.
Browse raw file system in iFunBox (needs iTunes installed, so as Horrordee said, you can just as easily use that).
Dump .ipa files in /var/mobile/Library/Downloads/
Install .ipa files via Installous.
???

Jesus why so complicated?!
1. Jailbreak the device
2. Go to Cydia, add http://cydia.hackulo.us repository
3. Download AppSync from Cydia (use search)
4. Reboot
5. Now just drag your downloaded .IPAs to Itunes and they will install perfectly
no fussing with folders on the iphone or anything. easy as pie.
Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube
