Anyone getting bsod with nvidia cards? maybe it´s those new drivers, guess I´ll try the 196.21. It´s the only game the freezes, strange :/

Pey if your useing Nvidia drivers higer than 196.21 pls reinstal the 196.21 driver becouse those drivers had an error that could bring your graphic card to overheat and so damage her. The 196.21 drivers are the latest.

No, actually temps are ok, no game goes higher then 78° on either gpu and all games play great -even bc2, but I get bsod after 10 minutes of play. Guess I´ll install 196.21 and see If the guys from guru3d have the sli profiles separatedly.

belive me those drivers that came after 196.21 had an error in it thats why Nvidia deleted them and the 196.21 are the latest. If you dont belive me go check the Nvidia site I joust want to help.

295GTX single pcb with fans at 60%?
I only get 78 on full load with Bad Company 2 -with filters.
Oh well... installing new drivers, hope ac2 works fine cause 196.75 has a ac2 sli profile.

I think mine is pretty fucked, my GTX285 goes up to 90* but I haven't had any graphical problems yet. As soon as it's clearly le-poop I'll tell XFX to give me a new one since it's still on warrenty.

196.75 Alert!
NVIDIA is aware that some customers have reported fan speed issues after installing 196.75 drivers from NVIDIA's website. These drivers have been removed from NVIDIA's website due to these customer reports. We have also asked all partners to remove this driver. We recommend that all customers immediately discontinue the use of 196.75 drivers and roll back to their previous driver. Driver roll back help can be found here. For those that have experienced fan speed issues with 196.75 drivers, NVIDIA has setup this feedback site

you retain sli profiles from .75 if you install .38 beta.. ontop of it.. atleast it did for me.. and my temps were fixed.. you get bsdos cuz your windows shutdown to prevent damage..
so overheating is most likely the key here..
.75 were removed from every site and even mirror sites.. as it were causing cards to burn out.. i thought my temps were ok till i saw few forum posts.. when checked.. and saw that my fans arent going up.. its funny how i used it for 2 days without a problem.. but when i went to check if its messed up for me too.. my pc crashed within 5 mins ,second after i knew those driver are going far away from my system

Guy seems legit, but I asked for refund each time I had ordered from him, due to slow delivery times and lack of response. I would have bought MW2 and BFBC2 keys from him...
(he doesn't sell AC2 at this moment for 30USD as he changed it to ridiculus price 99.90 because apparently he has them out of stock)

I installed 196.86 and 196.21 but neither of them has a SLI profile for the game. Any way, can I extract NvApps.xml from 196.75? Will it affect the drivers if I replace it ?
Fuck.. i dont wanna reinstall 2 drivers :/

Yeah, but I'd say that was because most people don't give a shit about Avatar.

And to think that I was about to buy this game from Steam....
Good thing that I decided to check out the forums before doing it.......
And discovering the wonderful new protection that the game is using.
Now I won't buy it even if they remove this copy protection just out of spite.

Alone in the dark took nearly 50 days to be cracked, ANNO 1404 15, GTA 4 15, BATMAN 10 and so on. Everything new needs some time but nobody has patient. Just talking bullshit as usual.

Its not about patience, its mostly about ubi saying that this game is crack proof.
If indeed it takes more then 3 months to crack it, then more companies can pick up this system where you have to be online in order to play

Just a mater of time. The actual crack works but at a limit, limitted/no misions. Eventually they will sort things out and we will have a fully working game ^^
