Has anyone had it in this game where it says you have unlocked a weapon and you don't get it?
And why on certain maps does the defending team never get vehicles?

Never happened to me, but I haven't been playing for almost a week now. If the opposing team steals your vehicle, you won't get a new one till you destroy it, so this could be what happened.
Not getting score happened to me in the Beta couple of times, when I used C4 to destroy the M-COM, but this wasn't a clear situation. For example, someone else shot my C4 so it wasn't my action that brought down the M-Com down..stuff like that.
As for weapons, if you unlocked it during the match, you need to select another class, and then select your class again, then the weapon will be in the list.

Playable? Sure alot of the problems at the release are gone now but still expect a damn slow serverbrowser. Other than that it runs flawlessly and without too much lag
God damnit am I starting to get annoyed with the hit detection, it's starting to get worse and worse.
The latency to servers is also poopoo, and the non-hardcore mode is now annoying as fuck when playing anything but a medic because having to empty a whole clip into someone just to watch their friend run up and stab you in the face is just so fucking retarded.
Having to hold in crouch all the time is a minor noucence but still messing with me when arming/disarming bombs.
i shot someone sitting down point blank with sights on with sniper gun 5 times in a row without him moving much and he didnt die..... then then proceeded to wipe me out even after i exploded a barrel near him after he finaly run off from me..

Another reason for me to play in smaller amounts again... crazy shit i just hate fucking cheaters in fps.
Well, the wallhack can also be that someone spotted you. That thing persists for like 5 seconds even if you're behind cover of sorts.
That feature makes it hard as shit to detect if someone is wallhacking or not, however it also promots teamwork which I think is good (that is when people actually use it that is -.-).
The hit detection seems to be suffering due to lag I guess, it just really really really annoys me when I empty a whole clip into someone and only half of it is detected (on a stationary target while standing still).
This makes HC much more fun, but HC also removes alot of good features such as tank health, ammo capacity and 3D spotting.
HC modes will need you to use the map view more often for decent teamwork. Unfortunately not many people do, so you have medics, for example, that have no idea there are people in need of healing or reviving nearby. And snipers are much more annoying. So HC modes are not without its flaws.
In my opinion it is best enjoyed with less people on the map or a good team. Friends is even better
