I played the game on PS3 and I found it quite fun, if you enjoyed the first game (even if you found it repetitive and boring after awhile) you will enjoy this game which is superior to the first game.........

Tbh never would a cracker group make themselfs too known like this.. (meaning undertaking such big actions like the screenshot claims).

Here is my two cents:
More you attack the producer the more he will defend himself (which has a positive side as it increases the intel. security at ubi creating more jobs for the recently unemployed) who will win - ubi of course; yes the game will become eventually available to all, but in the long run, events like these attacks, will give the “right” people the much needed reasons to install more intrusive monitoring tools on our computers, to monitor our internet activity (just to search if we download something illegal and also to gather a profile “just as a precaution” they will say). If these attacks are true (and not a ubi invention to cover their fuckups with managing an overflow of requests) then you shouldn’t perceive them as an attempt at doing justice (robin hood stile) but a jack the reaper attempt from some clearly misguided individuals who can’t in their “infinite hacker wisdom” see that they aren’t hampering ubi’s efforts of increasing their sales quota but just stopping mostly kids who done nothing wrong to them from enjoying their experience (I think most of you remember how much we had to plea to our parents to get a new game cartridge). If you start hurting innocents, than that is just wrong.
