Ii think they've solved the piracy problem. They release a crappy game with a hard protection. Probably won't sell either (no one with half a brain would buy this), but hey, i'm sure they'll blame piracy for it.

maybe that is the reason no relese is out.If you don't have a release you can't blame piracy and the pirates...it isn't worth cracking

Remember how you could control the AI speed in C&C? Since 3 came out they took out that feature which sucks for people like me who like to think scenarios through rather than having 12 mil things coming at you at once.

im an avid CnC fan since the very beginning (well since dune 2 actually, which "invented" the CnC gameplay anyway).
I played the beta.
it is the purest form of garbage, period.
PS: Singleplayer is same by the way. You have a crawler and no resources. You simply move onwards and keep on spitting out your most powerful units (from reviews i've read and been posted here). Until the Ai crumbles.

Epsilon: Game is great btw, I love it, so far it's a definite goty. It's remarkable how much has changed since the beta, stardock have been working their asses off, and it shows.

Well, maybe you are just easy to please. I've been playing games since the spectrum times. I've played them all since Dune 2 for the Amiga 500, and in my opinion this is pure garbage. I guess I'm biased against rts's without base building. I tremble just thinking about COH2 without base building, nor lan, nor resource point taking.

Only individual review I care about is eurogamer:
On the one hand, it's important to look at this as its own game rather than through change-fearing spectacles. On the other, it's called Command & Conquer 4, and that bald bloke who keeps waving his arms and talking about ascension is all over it. It's still aimed at the fans. That it is such a giant step away from the mechanics C&C has clung onto for so long is bold and exciting in concept, but so absolute in practice that it's an insult to the faithful.
